House rules
🇬🇧 House Rules Dear Guests, a warm welcome to our apartment!
We are very happy to have you here and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules.
🕒 Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: from 15:00
• Check-out: until 10:00
You are welcome to store your luggage in our luggage room. The entrance is located in front of the house – the left brown doors. The keys with the orange keychain can be found in your apartment.
🚗 Parking
• There are 4 parking spaces in front of the house
• Additionally, 1 designated parking space approx. 200 m away is available
• Our additional parking space: No. 18 (Dr. Bastl) next to Toscana Therme
• Additional parking is available on the street or at the paid parking areas near Toscana Therme or in the spa park Please park in a way that approx. 6 m of space in front of the entrance remains free for loading and unloading.
🚭 Non-smoking & Safety
• Our apartment is a non-smoking space
• We kindly ask you not to smoke anywhere in the building
• For safety reasons, open flames (e.g. candles) and grilling – especially on balconies – are not allowed anywhere in the house, you can grill in the garden.
🌐 Internet Use
• Wi-Fi is provided free of charge
• It may only be used within the limits of applicable law
• In particular, downloading or sharing copyrighted content without proper authorization is not permitted
• Guests are responsible for their use of the internet connection
🧹 Cleanliness & Order
• Please return dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment clean and dry
• To avoid blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, grease, or hygiene items in sinks, showers, or toilets
• We would appreciate it if you avoid entering the apartment with heavily soiled shoes
🐾 Pets
• Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement
• Please note that for some animals it can be stressful to stay alone in an unfamiliar environment (e.g. barking), which may disturb other guests
• Therefore, we kindly ask you not to leave pets unattended in the apartment
⚠️ Liability
• Parents are responsible for their children
• We cannot accept liability for personal belongings or accidents
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay (up to replacement cost)
🛠️ Care of the Apartment
• Please treat the apartment as if it were your own home
• If something gets damaged, please let us know — we will always find a solution together
🚪 When Leaving the Apartment
• Please close the windows
• Ventilate briefly to save energy
• Turn off all electrical devices
🗑️ Waste
• Waste bins are located in the courtyard on the right side
• We would appreciate your help in separating waste
🌿 Outdoor Areas
• You are welcome to use the garden and balconies
🤫 Quiet Hours
• Parties are not allowed
• Please respect quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00
🔑 Right of Access
• In rare cases, we may need to enter the apartment
